Background
I have always felt good being outdoors in nature, and I love getting my hands in the soil. A few years ago, I planted some passion fruit seeds in a box of soil, hoping that something would start to grow! To my delight, several seedlings emerged, and I still take care of them in the hopes of one day seeing them bloom or bear fruit. We’ll see!
After taking a course in Garden Therapy at SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences), I realized that this is truly the field I want to work in—helping people improve their well-being through nature.
2020
A little later, after working for a few years at Alnarps Rehab Garden at SLU, a reorganization gave me the strength and courage to take the leap and become my own employer, allowing me to continue working in what I hold dear to my heart.
2021
The registration and launch of my company marked the true beginning of my exciting journey as an entrepreneur! I received my first assignments, and it felt incredibly rewarding to finally get started!
2022
I was named Entrepreneur of the Year in Burlöv Municipality and organized a business event in Alnarps Park one morning in August! I was on parental leave for much of the year and then worked part-time. I had many wonderful collaborations and gave lectures in several municipalities in the fall to raise awareness for National Family Day, focusing mainly on recovery and activity balance. I participated in Burlöv Municipality’s digitization project.
2023
In February, a new version of the website was launched!
Future
It’s important to have dreams and goals for the future. One dream is to have my own health garden where I can welcome people in need of recovery, daily balance, and provide them with inspiration and new energy. This is something that stays with me, and hopefully, one day, it will become a reality!
In the same way, I dream of eating a passion fruit grown from my own plant—who knows, maybe that dream will come true as well?
